Obituary for Elmer J. Lukins

Elmer J. Lukins, 77, of Elbridge passed away Thursday November 26, 2015 at Auburn Community Hospital. Born in Syracuse, to the late Howard and Ida Lukins, Elmer worked at Volles Dairy Farm for 25 years. He was predeceased by his sisters Carol and Shirley, and brothers Clifford and Howard.
Elmer is survived by his wife of 34 years the former Gail Rice; daughters Heather (Paul) Maloney of Marcellus and Heidi Lukins of Elbridge; grandsons Wyatt, Weston and Wren Maloney. He is also survived by 1 brother, 5 sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Elmer will be 6 p.m. Wednesday December 2 at the Plis Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 4-5:45 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home, 33 North St., Marcellus.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
