Obituary for Raymond A. Frost

Raymond A. Frost, 65, of Marcellus, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning at home with his family. A lifelong resident of Marcellus, he was the son of the late Arthur and Dorothy Frost.
Ray was a dairy farmer, growing up working the family farm. In his younger days he raced stockcars and had a lot of fun and loved to share the stories. Ray enjoyed making furniture, windmills and creating lots of different things in his shop. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 35 years Eileen (Taylor) and brother William Burrell.
Surviving are his children Kathryn (Tom) Hall and Kenneth Frost; sister Alice (Gagan) Mirchandani of Burlington, VT and sister-in-law Jane Burrell of Navarino. He also leaves behind his four grandchildren John, Julie and Scott Hall and Hollis Frost and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on the family from 4-6:45 p.m. Friday May 22 at the Plis Funeral Home, 33 North St., Marcellus, with a service to follow at 7 p.m. Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Highland Cemetery, Marcellus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of both Ray and Eileen may be made to the American Cancer Society.
