Obituary for Theodore Simmons

Theodore Simmons, 75, of Chamberlin Rd., Aurelius, died Thursday, May 26, 2016. Ted was a life resident of Aurelius, the son of the late John and Akulena “Lena” Lukowsky Simmons. He was a dairy farmer. He was a member of SS Peter & Paul Church, and the former Dairylea Cooperative.
He is survived by his brother Joseph Simmons of Aurelius, and his sister Phyllis (Arthur) Underwood of King Ferry, and several nieces and nephews, including John and David King.
Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. Thursday from the Plis Funeral Home, and 10:30 A.M. in SS Peter & Paul Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call Wednesday from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home, 220 State St., Auburn.
