She certainly loved her family as she often spoke of you all. May you be comforted by wonderful memories. Condolence: Joanne was my neighbor. Before I moved to a house in Skaneateles I always lived where we had neighbors but they were far away. Joanne gave me the gift of a fantastic neighbor and a lovely friend. She visited daily and I so enjoyed our time together. I learned to love life and nature and to appreciate knowing there was someone close enough to either wave a hello to or invite over for a conversation or a heartwarming laugh. We could only spend summers together but they were the best summers I could be blessed with. Age took Joanne away from the closeness we enjoyed but I'll always carry her spirit with me and I will always be thankful for how much she and Bob enriched my life. How lucky I was to live next to you my friend. Dance among the stars.
