Condolence: Dear Gary and Bobby,
I just heard about your mother's passing, and I'm so sorry for your loss. I visited with her in July when I came back to Syracuse to visit other family members. "Aunt Betty" as I always called her was a very sweet and kind person. I always enjoyed talking with her. And, my parents, Robert & Alice Waters were not only family, but real friends to each other. Your Mom was a very good friend to both of my parents over the years. I hated to see Aunt Betty in the Van Duyn setting. It broke my heart, and I hated to leave her after my visit. I'm so glad we got to talk in July. She will be in my fondest memories forever. Sincerely, Cathy (Kate) Waters-Walker (Durham, NC)

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you. I was Betty's neighbor in Marietta and later we worshipped together at Howlett Hill Presbyterian Church. She was a very special lady! I have wonderful memories of her!

Condolence: To The Family of Betty Timmons. I am so sorry for your loss. I was one of Betty's neighbors at Applewood Manor and I was also the President at Camillus Seniors for some time. Before she moved to VanDuyn I lived across the hall from her. Betty was a very sweet lady; I often told her how she reminded me of my grandmother, her hands were so soft - just like grandma. Years ago Betty used to take Sunday rides with me and two other ladies; she really enjoyed them. I pray that she rests in peace now next to her Beloved Husband and she suffers no more. Betty had a nice long life and always talked so fondly of her family. I am so sorry I was unable to attend her services; but she will remind in my prayers and thoughts. God Bless you all and take care.
