Sandy passed away Sunday November 6, 2016 at Crouse Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Syracuse to the late, Vernice & Henry Pikarsky. She is survived by brother, Gary (Roxanne) Pikarsky, sister, Louise “Lolly” (Walter Coe) Barber, niece, Elise (Eric) Taetsch, great nephew, Greyson, and great niece, Emerson, and nephew, Adam, Aunt Rose Kronen and several cousins.
Sandy had a wonderful Life at Otisco Lake and her many accomplishments with wonderful help and care of her staff at The ARC of Onondaga, to whom We will always be grateful. "Do not be sad, just remember Sisters great smile and laugh, and you also will smile.. She now has Her Wings to Fly...." Love from all of us.”
Graveside services for Sandy will be 9 a.m. Friday November 11 at Amber Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday November 10 at the Plis Funeral Home, 33 North St., Marcellus.
