Obituary for Stella Kubarek (Psczkowski)

Stella Rutkowski Kubarek, 89, of Auburn, died Monday, December 19, 2016.
Mrs. Kubarek was a life resident of the Auburn area. She was a graduate of East High School. Until her retirement, she worked as a receptionist in the office of Dr. Wasileski. She was a communicant of St. Hyacinth’s church, and was a former perogi worker.
She is survived by her two children and their spouses, Christine and Charles LaCarte of Rochester, and Michael and Shirley Kubarek of Auburn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Matthew (Katherine) Kubarek, Lisa Kessel, Sarah (Christopher) Cobb, Allison (Nick) Tisa, Joseph LaCarte and Rebecca LaCarte, and great grandchildren Evan and Noah Kessel, David Cobb, Alexandra Kubarek, and Juliana Tisa. She was predeceased by her husband John (Matt) Kubarek in 1995.
Funeral services for Mrs. Kubarek will be at 11 A.M. Thursday from the Plis Funeral Home, and 11:30 A.M. in St. Hyacinth’s Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
A calling hour will be held Thursday from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the funeral home, 220 State St., Auburn.
