Condolence From: Ralph E. Stacy, Jr.
Condolence: I had the honor and privilege of both learning under Tim as a student in the Criminal Justice program at CCC in Fulton, and to work with him professionally when I became a Campus Police Office at the very same college. Tim was wise, admirable, and an over all great guy who was always there to listen when you needed to talk. Tim's experience was always shared though his stories about being on the force with SPD, and I know that knowing Tim helped to make me the man, and the law enforcement officer, I am today. Thank you Tim, for everything you did foe everyone you encountered, for your service in the military, and for your service to the Syracuse and Cayuga Community College campus communities. You did good. Rest well Chief, we will take the watch from here.
