Obituary for Warren Huntington
Warren Huntington, 91, of Jordan formerly of Syracuse passed away Sunday July 26, 2015 at Oswego Hospital. Born in Syracuse to the late William and Ruth Huntington, he worked on the family farm before working for many years at Van Duyn Home and Hospital as a custodian. Warren was also a member of the Westvale Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was predeceased by his wife Virginia and sisters Dorothy Brown and Gertrude Franke.
Warren is survived by his nieces Bonnie Boyd, Yvonne Ingersoll, Darlene Shalaby, Deborah Champa and Marlene Ellstrom, and also several great nieces and nephews.
Service for Warren will be 1 p.m. Thursday July 30 at the Westvale Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2511 W. Genesee St., Syracuse. Calling hours will be from 12-1p.m. Thursday at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Onondaga Hill.
