Obituary for Jeffrey G. Thorpe

Jeffrey G. Thorpe, 54, of Marcellus passed away Wednesday May 2, 2012 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. Born in Syracuse to the late Harry and Ruth Torrey Thorpe and resided in Marcellus his entire life. Jeffrey worked for many years at the CTC in Auburn and was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church in Marcellus.
Jeff is survived by his sisters Sue (Herman) LaPierre and Nancy Thorpe; brothers James (Carol), Richard (Kathleen), Joseph (Mary Anne), G. Michael (Helen) and Dennis Thorpe and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9 a.m. on Monday May 7, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Church. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Marcellus.
Memorial contributions in memory of Jeff may be made to Seneca-Cayuga ARC 1521 Clark St Rd., Auburn, NY 13021 or to a charity of ones choice
