I am so very proud to say, I knew Tim Mumford. He was a kind, gentle warrior that I had known from a very young age. I watched him raise his children with love and admiration. A true police officer by day and a loving father at night. Timmy and Elizabeth you both know just how important and special you were and always will be to your father. RIP Tim.....
